ABOUT
Barbara Henslee is a native Texan whose voice is described as soft, warm and folksy. She is passionate about helping people who are challenged in reading the printed word enjoy literature. Genres she enjoys narrating are women's fiction, historical fiction, mysteries and memoirs. Stories she like to narrate are classics, thrillers and suspense.
She has trained with the country's top acting coaches such as Johnny Heller, Joel Froomkin, Sean Pratt, PJ Ochlan, and Shannon Parks. And, attends narrator workshops both online and in person as often as she can.
Most recently, she portrayed the mother of Sam Goodwin in the multicast dramatic production of "Saving Sam." As well as a humorous Texas whondunnit entitled "Bad Blood."
