Many times authors and publishers prefer an audition casting instead of spending time going through our list of narrators to find a voice they may like. This saves them time.

We post those auditions here.

SUMMARY

Unlock the mysteries of the Australian sense of humour.

Australians are generally quick to rubbish life’s situations and themselves. Because some Australian expressions are used, the reader may find it helpful to consult an Australian-English Dictionary. There are many versions online.

Here is one word to keep in mind. The word bloody in Australia is not a swear word. It has thirty-six different uses. It is referred to as the Great Australian Adjective. Tone, emphasis, content, and situation are the main governing factors in translation. Aussies translate it by instinct. It is also gender neutral and used by all levels of society.

Please record your great performance, send in raw "punch n roll" wav files. Recordings should be edited for mistakes and repeats but nothing more.

IMPORTANT: No EQ, No Compression, No Saturation, No Limiting or Normalizing. All that along with detailed edits for breath control, lip/mouth sounds, mixing, mastering will be done in our studio.
